How do I return or exchange my products?
At One Click, we take pride in the quality of our products and services, and we value our relationship with you. If you are not happy with your order, we will refund you the total product costs that you were charged, minus shipping costs. This policy applies as long as the items are returned within 30 days from shipping date and are not opened. Call our customer service team and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#), which is valid for 10 business days. Upon receipt of your approved return, One Click will either issue a refund for the purchase price of your item(s) to the credit card used for your purchase, or ship the item you selected in exchange. No refunds will be sent for unauthorized returns.
Special orders are made to order and may not be eligible for returns.
If you receive the incorrect quantity, incorrect product(s), or defective products, it must be reported to customer service within 3 days of delivery.
Refund Information: Orders returned do not receive shipping reimbursements and are charged the actual shipping costs to and from our warehouse. If a returned item was a "Free Shipping" item from us, the refund for the product will be minus the actual shipping charges.

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
One Click works to ship orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel your order, please call us ASAP at 1-800-505-1721. As long as your order has not been processed, your order can be canceled. If your order has already processed, please see our Returns policy for further instructions.
All orders are subject to a 3% fee for any canceled order. The purpose of this fee is to recover any bank charge fee related to the transaction. This fee will not apply to any returned merchandise or merchandise a customer receives in damaged condition. This fee is not a restocking fee.
Will I be charged a restocking fee for my return?
This varies by supplier and some items will have a 25% restocking fee associated with it. Before returning, please call our customer service center and they will tell you if there is a restocking fee associated with your item, and the proper address to ship it to.
